The City of Denton City Council will conduct a first public hearing on February 4, 2025, regarding the adoption of a strategic partnership agreement between the City of Denton and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 16 providing for limited purpose annexation for purposes including the adoption of a sales and use tax in the Municipal Utility District.
