The Most Tee-rific Driving Range By Par

When was the last time you visited the North Lakes Driving Range? Yes, we know it’s hot outside, but this is the perfect outdoor activity right now! It’s naturally socially distanced, you aren’t walking miles, and all the tee boxes are under a canopy shade.

Here are a few things to know about the driving range.

  1. It has approximately 18 artificial turf tee boxes, an 18-hole putting green, and a pitching green.

  2. We contract with a golf professional to provide private lessons, group lessons, and classes to all ages and skill levels. So, if you want a little help with your swing, let’s talk!

  3. We’ve recently installed an automated golf ball dispenser. You will need to go to the clubhouse first to get your card and load money onto it. After that- go to the dispenser whenever.

  4. The clubhouse is open Monday-Friday from 8-11 a.m. and 5-8 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

  5. On Wednesdays, everything is closed from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for range maintenance. We pick up all the balls in the area, repair divets, etc.

  6. Can’t make it to the clubhouse for your automated ball dispenser card? No worries. The North Lakes Rec Center sells single use tickets!

Want to take your new found skills from the range to the golf course? We’ve partnered with the Wildhorse Golf course in Robson Ranch to provide discounted tee times to City of Denton residents. Ask the clubhouse for more info!
