The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Veronica Yeary, on behalf of Benjamin & Dilicia Canales, to rezone approximately 0.93 acres of land from Residential 4 (R4) zoning district to the Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) zoning district and approximately 5.75 acres of land from Rural Residential (RR) to Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) zoning district. The subject site is generally located south of East McKinney, approximately 615 feet west of Glenngary Way in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
