The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for approximately 4,500 square feet of Medium-Impact Manufacturing use, on an approximately 8.702-acre lot, identified on the associated site plan as Suite #100, generally located west of Worthington Drive and south of the terminus of Schuyler Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
