The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of approximately 15.011 acres of land, generally located north of West University Drive (US 380) and approximately 500 feet east of Nail Road into the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Any citizen or group of citizens interested in attending the public hearing is invited to do so. If you plan to attend, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may attend only to observe. Applicants and their agents are expected to attend.

City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested, and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
