The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Michael D. Clark, P.E. of Winkelmann and Associates, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for a multi-family development on three adjacent tracts totaling approximately 21.960 acres. The subject property is generally located on the northwest corner of Shady Shores Road and Lakeview Boulevard in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The meeting is being held virtually. For information on how to participate, visit www.cityofdenton.com/publicmeetings.
 
The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
