The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Michael D. Clark, P.E. of Winkelmann and Associates, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, for an Alternative Environmentally Sensitive Areas Plan. The subject property is generally located on the northwest corner of Shady Shores Road and Lakeview Boulevard in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
