The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for Modular Data Center use on approximately 4.064 acres of land, approximately located 3,800 feet south of Jim Christal Road and 1,200 feet east of South Western Boulevard in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
