The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Adam Claycomb of Allison Engineering Group on behalf of the property owner for a Specific Use Permit to allow a Minor Automotive Repair use.
The 0.201-acre site is generally located on the west side of South Elm Street, 70 feet north of the northwest corner of South Elm Street and West Highland Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Properties within 200 feet of the subject property were notified of the request pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code. As a courtesy, the City of Denton also sends notification to all physical addresses within a 500-foot radius of the subject property.
The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
