The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Dennis Richmond of Summa Terra Ventures, on behalf of the property owner, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for an increase of 4 feet 3 inches in maximum permitted height, from 41 feet to 45 feet 3 inches, for a proposed multi-family dwelling use.

The 1.57-acre site is generally located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stuart Road and North Loop 288 in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Properties within 200 feet of the subject property were notified of the request pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code. As a courtesy, the City of Denton also sends notification to all physical addresses within a 500-foot radius of the subject property.
 
The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
