The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Pundari Pothini for a zoning change from R2 District to R4 District. The 2.61 acre site is generally located east of Mockingbird Lane, approximately 133 feet south of Audra Lane, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
