The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider a request by Petrus Investment LP to rezone approximately 22 acres from a Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) district and approximately 2.24 acres from Planned Development (PD) to Master Planned Community (MPC) and amend the Master Planned Community (MPC) zoning district by adopting new standards and regulations including an updated development plan map on approximately 3167 acres.

The subject property is generally located east and west of Interstate Highway I-35W, north of Robson Ranch Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

P&Z Public Hearing:
Thursday, February 27, 2020, 6:30 p.m.
City Hall, City Council Chambers
215 E. McKinney St.
Denton, TX 76201

Any citizen or group of citizens interested in attending the public hearing is invited to do so. If you attend, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may attend only to observe. Applicants and their agents are expected to attend.
