The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a request by Petrus Investment LP to rezone approximately 35.66 acres from a Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) district and approximately 2.24 acres from Planned Development (PD) to Hunter Ranch Master Planned Community (MPC) and amend the Hunter Ranch Master Planned Community (MPC) zoning district by adopting new standards and regulations including an updated development plan map on approximately 3,167 acres. (This item was postponed from the March 17, 2020 City Council Meeting).

The subject property is generally located east and west of Interstate Highway I-35W, north of Robson Ranch Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Any citizen or group of citizens interested in attending the public hearing is invited to do so. If you attend, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may attend only to observe. Applicants and their agents are expected to attend.
