The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed revision to the Denton Development Code; specifically to amend Subchapter 5, Use Regulations related to the Table of Allowed Uses for the Tattoo and Body Piercing Parlor use in the Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) District.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
