The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a request by SLF II Cole Property, LP and Denton Independent School District to amend the Cole Ranch Master Planned Community (MPC) zoning district by adopting new standards and regulations including an updated development plan map on approximately 3,169 acres. (This item was postponed from the March 17, 2020 City Council Meeting).

The subject property is generally located west of Interstate Highway I-35W, north and south of FM 2449 in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Any citizen or group of citizens interested in attending the public hearing is invited to do so. If you attend, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may attend only to observe. Applicants and their agents are expected to attend.
