The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Hickory Venture Group for a Planned Development Amendment for Planned Development 139. The 37.3-acre property is generally located on the southeast corner of the Vintage Boulevard and I-35W Vintage Boulevard Ramp intersection, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
