The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by 97 Land Company on behalf of the Mason L Ralph Trust to change the zoning of 18.235 acres of land from Mixed Use Neighborhood (MN), Residential-3 (R3), and Suburban Corridor (SC) District to a Planned Development (PD) with a base zoning of Mixed Use Neighborhood (MN) on approximately 9.939 acres of land and Suburban Corridor (SC) on approximately 8.296 acres of land.
The subject properties are generally located at the northwest corner of East University Drive and Old North Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
