DENTON, TX, Sept. 4, 2020 – Beginning next week, the City of Denton will host a series of virtual community input meetings regarding the draft 2020 Denton Mobility Plan. The virtual community meetings will be held online using a video conferencing platform and community members are encouraged to attend the meetings to provide feedback and to ask questions regarding different aspects of the draft plan.
Each 2020 Denton Mobility Plan virtual community meeting will include an overview of the draft plan and a detailed review of updates for a designated City Vicinity Focus Area (CVFA). A CVFA is a specific geographical area within the city. To participate in a meeting, and view a map of each CVFA, community members should complete the registration form online at www.cityofdenton.com/mobilityplan.

Community members are encouraged to sign up for a virtual meeting at least 24 hours in advance to receive the meeting link.
About the 2020 Denton Mobility Plan
The 2020 Denton Mobility plan is a multimodal mobility study and strategy to address citywide transportation, including vehicles, transit, bicycles, and pedestrians, for years to come.
