The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding amendments to the Denton Development Code related to Planning and Zoning Commission Operational Procedures, Subdivision Procedures, and Development Contracts.

The meeting is being held virtually. For information on how to participate, visit www.cityofdenton.com/publicmeetings.
Any citizen or group of citizens interested in participating in the public hearing is invited to do so. If you plan to participate, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may participate only to observe. Applicants and their agents are expected to participate.
The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested, and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
