NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider a request by Robert Betancur with Zena Land Development LP, representing Burch Family Farm Ltd., amending the Future Land Use Designation from Rural Areas to Moderate Residential, as well as establishing an initial zoning district and use classification of Residential 6 (R6), on approximately 51.808 acres of land, generally located south and west of Vintage Boulevard and west of Fort Worth Drive, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
